Senior SEO Director

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior SEO Director to lead our team of SEO specialists and deliver exceptional results for our clients. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive SEO strategies, managing client relationships, and mentoring junior team members.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of strategic SEO plans for a portfolio of high-profile clients across diverse industries.
  • Conduct in-depth website audits, identify technical SEO issues, and recommend solutions to improve organic visibility and performance.
  • Stay abreast of the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices, and proactively adapt strategies to ensure optimal results.
  • Manage a team of SEO specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to foster their professional growth.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including content marketing, web development, and analytics, to ensure seamless integration of SEO efforts across the organization.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), generate insightful reports, and present findings to clients in a clear and concise manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and providing tailored solutions to achieve their goals.
Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of success in managing SEO campaigns for enterprise-level clients.
  • Deep understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices.
  • Experience with industry-standard SEO tools, such as crawlers, link checkers, and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
