Job Description

Job Title: Sub Agent - Earthworks, Drainage and Highways Team

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sub Agent to join our Earthworks, Drainage and Highways team at the Calvert project. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the technical compliance of the project, ensuring it aligns with the design specification, and overseeing the completion of the project or section safely, on schedule, and to the necessary standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the technical compliance of the project to ensure it aligns with the design specification.
  • Support the Site Agent in managing a significant section of the project.
  • Support the implementation and monitoring of Health & Safety policies and procedures in accordance with Kier and project specific standards.
  • Ensure all labour, plant, materials and supply chain resources are accurately recorded.
  • Create a programme to plan and measure the day-to-day activities.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications – degree level, or equivalent experience.
  • CSCS card.
  • Knowledge and experience of the main management systems and processes used within a similar business.
