Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced Sub-Agent to join our structures team at the Calvert project in Buckinghamshire. As a key member of our team, you'll support the Agent in ensuring technical compliance with the design specification, implementing plans safely, on time, and to the required quality.

Our team is working together to make a difference in the transportation industry, supporting the movement of people, goods, and equipment. If you're passionate about civil engineering and want to be part of a dynamic team, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Site Agent in managing a significant section of the project
  • Implement and monitor Health & Safety policies and procedures in accordance with Kier and project-specific standards
  • Ensure accurate recording of labour, plant, materials, and supply chain resources
  • Create a programme to plan and measure day-to-day activities

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications – degree level, or equivalent experience
  • Experience in civil engineering structures
  • Knowledge and experience of main management systems and processes used within a similar business
  • Experience managing Subcontract and self-delivery operations
