Finance Project Manager

Capital One - UK is embarking on a large-scale Finance ERP transformation programme, and we're seeking a seasoned Finance Project Manager to lead the UK component of this initiative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define functional requirements across UK finance and the broader UK business.
  • Develop a project plan that connects all relevant stakeholders and SMEs to deliver on requirements.
  • Establish UK project governance, reporting, and controls, and support enterprise-level reporting.
  • Proactively monitor project progress, resolving issues, anticipating and managing risk while ensuring key stakeholders are informed.
  • Build and leverage a network of experts in our systems and processes.
Requirements:
  • Experience delivering as part of a large multi-million pound, multi-year programme, on finance projects, and in a finance systems environment.
  • Technical project management skills.
  • A high level of emotional intelligence along with excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • The ability to quickly grow technical and business understanding to ensure both finance and business requirements are delivered.
