Job Summary:

Zachary Daniels is seeking an experienced Area Manager to lead a cluster of stores within the fashion sector. As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for driving retail sales and performance, recruiting and training a team, and making commercial decisions that benefit the stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive retail sales and performance: Work with your management team to identify trends and opportunities to increase sales and improve customer experience.
  • Recruit and train a team: Attract, develop, and retain a high-performing team that is focused on sales and adding value to the sales process.
  • Make commercial decisions: Use your business acumen to make informed decisions that benefit the stores and align with company guidance.
  • Review and engage colleagues: Regularly review and engage your colleagues in a set of service and sales-based KPIs to ensure they are meeting their targets.
  • Develop and coach a team: Provide regular coaching and development opportunities to help your team members grow and improve their skills.

Requirements:
