Exciting Opportunity - Business Manager Role

Trinny London is seeking a dynamic Business Manager to lead our team. As a Business Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our business. You will report to the Area Manager and be responsible for driving sales, managing inventory, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team towards achieving sales targets
  • Ensure the smooth running of the business by creating and implementing business plans
  • Manage inventory, conduct visual merchandising, and uphold health and safety protocols
  • Provide ongoing training and support to team members to enhance their product knowledge and performance
  • Address any performance issues and escalate when necessary

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in team leadership, particularly in retail
  • Passion for makeup and skincare
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and drive results
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
