About the Role
To ensure the efficient and resilient operation of Forvis Mazars Private Client, we're seeking a talented Operations Director to lead our Financial Services team. This role is critical in enabling effective delivery of our value proposition to clients and optimizing opportunities for efficiencies, automation, and digitization.
- Lead the Operations function within Forvis Mazars Private Client, overseeing delivery of support functions to the business.
- Drive change initiatives within Forvis Mazars Private Client, ensuring successful design and delivery of MPC change and wider Mazars business change initiatives.
- Own operational and change risks, ensuring they're appropriately assessed, mitigated, and managed.
