Position Overview
We are currently seeking a Subsea Operator to become an integral part of our Subsea team.
Primary Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the safe execution of operational tasks while mitigating technical challenges in accordance with established operational guidelines.
- Conduct thorough inspections of all equipment to confirm compliance with Expro's policies and technical standards, ensuring readiness for operations.
- Participate in safety briefings and planning sessions as necessary.
- May assist at onshore facilities for equipment preparation and return processes.
- Engage with client representatives professionally to uphold service quality.
- Coordinate with offshore supervisors, team members, and the operations department to facilitate effective communication and safe task completion.
- Complete all required documentation in line with company protocols and specific client demands.
- Work alongside colleagues and supervisors to fulfill competency requirements for current and future roles.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional development and competency growth.
- Technical knowledge acquired through the completion of competency requirements for the role.
- Formal technical qualifications.
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant technical experience is preferred.
