We are seeking an Application Support Technician to provide exceptional assistance to our clients regarding their ERP software inquiries. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication abilities and adept problem-solving skills.

The successful candidate will possess a solid understanding of business operations and prior experience with ERP systems, preferably in a support capacity. Familiarity with key areas such as Sales, Purchasing, Manufacturing, MRP, Financials, Bookkeeping, or Inventory Management is crucial.

This role entails managing service requests within the ERP platform, documenting issues, and implementing solutions. As you advance, you will have opportunities to engage in software upgrades, installations, and customer training.
