This is an exciting opportunity to join Contract Personnel Limited as a Sales Negotiator in their Estate Agency branch. As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for:
Key Responsibilities- Answering telephone calls in a professional and polite manner
- Qualifying applicants to company standards
- Arranging viewings and booking valuations
- Following up on viewings and relaying feedback to sellers
- Negotiating offers and undertaking accompanied viewings with buyers
- Booking FS appointments and solicitor referrals
- A minimum of 1 year experience as a Sales Negotiator within an Estate Agency environment
- A full UK driving licence
- Ambitious and highly driven individual with strong IT skills
- A team player with good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Local area knowledge would be an advantage but not essential
- Up to £21,000 basic salary
- £30,000 OTE
- Ongoing training and support
