Community Adult ADHD Consultant Psychiatrist

NELFT NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Community Adult ADHD Consultant Psychiatrist to join our team in Wanstead, Greater London.

About the Role

This is a fixed-term position for 12 months, and you will be working as part of a multidisciplinary team providing care to adult individuals with mental health needs across Redbridge.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide senior medical support and guidance to the team
  2. Work directly with adults and their families, and liaise with other external adult mental health providers and acute hospitals
  3. Support your peers and team leader, and be an effective team member
  4. Work alongside a Specialty Doctor within the service, and provide them with the needed supervision
  5. Commit to collaborative working, actively supporting and liaising with other health and social professionals, and agencies
Requirements
  1. Full GMC registration with a licence to practice
  2. CCT or equivalent
  3. Section 12 Approval or eligibility for it
  4. Approved Clinician status, or eligibility for it
  5. Inclusion in, or eligibility for inclusion in the Specialist Register or within 6 months of obtaining CCST
