Nursery Director Position
Blom and Blom is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursery Director to lead our private children's day nursery in Beaconsfield. The successful candidate will possess strong management and leadership abilities, as well as a thorough understanding of Ofsted standards and the EYFS framework.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of nursery management experience and will be responsible for:
- Overseeing the planning and development of the nursery setting to ensure a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for children.
- Promoting the provision of outstanding childcare services and supporting staff development.
- Liaising with local authorities and other professionals associated with the nursery to ensure compliance with regulations.
The successful candidate will have:
- A minimum level 3 qualification in Childcare, such as EYE, NVQ, NNEB, CACHE, or a recognized equivalent.
- A minimum of 18 months of nursery management experience.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the EYFS framework and regulations.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements.
- The ability to identify priorities and meet outcomes.
