Position Overview

Role: Mobile Building Fabric Technician

Salary: Up to £35,000 basic

Key Responsibilities

As a Mobile Building Fabric Technician, your primary duties will include:

  • Conducting all building fabric tasks such as patch repairs, minor plumbing, carpentry, and painting.
  • Ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards of service for our clients.
Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A background in facilities management, mobile maintenance, or the construction industry.
  • Relevant qualifications, ideally Level 2/3 City and Guilds.
