Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all facets of employee management and development.
- Drive sales performance while fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain consistent operational standards.
- Manage costs effectively while maximizing product availability and minimizing waste.
- Monitor property management, sales metrics, and team performance.
- Communicate regularly with senior management regarding personnel, sales, inventory, and financial performance.
Work Schedule:
This position entails a 40-hour work week, with some flexibility required for evening and weekend shifts. The store operates Monday to Friday from 7 AM to 7:30 PM and Sundays from 10 AM to 6 PM.
