FIND | Creating Futures is seeking a passionate and experienced chef to join our team as a Chef Trainer. As a key member of our culinary team, you will play a vital role in shaping the next generation of chefs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality training to chef apprentices in their kitchens and online.
• Utilize your industry expertise to develop and implement engaging training programs.
• Build strong relationships with apprentices, employers, and colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of training.
• Contribute to the development of our Chef Academy, providing hands-on learning experiences for apprentices.
• Collaborate with the team to identify and address any training needs or gaps.

About You

We're looking for a skilled and enthusiastic chef with a passion for teaching and mentoring. To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Significant experience as a Head Chef, Sous Chef, or Chef De Partie, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality training.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with apprentices, employers, and colleagues.
• A good understanding of technology and administrative systems, with the ability to adapt to new tools and platforms.
• A valid driving license and access to a vehicle for travel within your region.
