About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our UK Service Line for Contaminated Land. As our new Service Line Leader, you will be responsible for the operation, development, and growth of our UK 'Site Solutions' service line.

Key Responsibilities
  • Instill purpose and direction for the UK Site Solutions Service Line, leading by example.
  • Collaborate with other Ramboll Markets, Geographies, Service Lines, and Sectors to bring the best of Ramboll to our clients.
  • Create a culture of openness and inclusion, and be responsible for the pastoral care, performance, reward, development, and training of the people within the service line.
  • Facilitate resource management as a national team, and plan and lead recruitment for the service line.
  • Implement Ramboll's governance, project management, and compliance processes in the service line, and instill the Ramboll Leadership Principles in the way we work.
  • Lead selected client engagement and management, and support others to develop and grow trusted advisory relationships with our clients.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a Master's degree in an environmental discipline, full driving license, and financial and technical project management experience. You should have project ownership and direction, including project-related health and safety, and experience in department or P&L management. You should also be able to manage workload, deliverables, and resources across multiple projects.
