About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Programme Manager to join our team at Forestry and Land Scotland. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in facilitating a collaborative approach to the preparation and implementation of work programmes that address woodland, open land, and habitat conservation management, ecosystem services, and timber production.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate a whole-team approach to the preparation and implementation of work programmes
  • Work closely with the planning and environment teams to design sustainable forests of the future
  • Contribute to national initiatives and projects to ensure the public land is well cared for
  • Coordinate and manage data and surveys
  • Develop work programmes and spatial plans
