We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Superintendent Pharmacist to join our team at TLA Group. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for leading and managing our outpatient pharmacy services, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of pharmacists and technicians to deliver high-quality patient care
- Develop and implement pharmacy policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Manage and maintain accurate records and reports
- Contribute to the development and implementation of pharmacy services and initiatives
Requirements:
- Masters Degree in Pharmacy
- GPhC Registered
- 5+ years of experience in managing a team
- Postgraduate qualification in clinical pharmacy or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of GPhC inspection criteria
