Job Title: Driller - Brazil

About the Role:

The Driller will be responsible for operating drilling equipment, supervising drilling crews, and ensuring the safe and efficient execution of drilling operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of drilling operations, well control, and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate drilling equipment, including drill pipes, drill bits, and mud pumps.
  • Supervise drilling crews, including Assistant Drillers, Derrickhands, and Floorhands.
  • Ensure the safe and efficient execution of drilling operations, including well control and safety procedures.
  • Monitor and report on drilling operations, including well condition, drilling parameters, and safety incidents.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including Toolpushers, Senior Toolpushers, and Client Representatives.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid medical examination and vaccination certificates.
  • Successful completion of at least one D-CAP Assessment.
  • Knowledge of drilling operations, well control, and safety procedures.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Valid Well Control certificate.
