Job Description

As an Oracle Program Manager at Mastek, you will be responsible for leading high-profile Oracle projects, ensuring successful stakeholder management, and driving revenue growth while maintaining profit margins.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with executive sponsors, programme directors, business heads, Oracle CSMs, Oracle PSMs, and other partners to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Gross Profit Margins: Ensure programmes are executed within timelines, efforts, and budget, maintaining sales gross profit margins or agreed profit margins. Identify and address any slippages beyond sales GP margins, requiring approval from the vertical leader.
  • Successful Contract Execution: Develop a detailed understanding of every contract clause, review Bill of Materials, SOW, and ITT responses, and ensure the project team operates within scope elements. Maintain a program-level risk register and come up with mitigation plans.
  • Escalation and Dispute Management: Handle programme-level escalations, apprise the vertical leader and account manager on critical escalations, and coordinate with the vertical leader, account manager, customer, and legal team for dispute management.
  • Value Creation: Identify opportunities to go beyond the Statement of Work (SOW) without compromising gross profit percentages. Review Value-Based Agreement (VBA) Reports and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to guide the team on fine-tuning messaging.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent stakeholder management skills, a strong understanding of Oracle contracts, and the ability to drive revenue growth while maintaining profit margins.
