About Us:
Cinnamon Care is a renowned organization dedicated to providing exceptional care in a supportive environment. We are currently seeking a skilled Facilities Supervisor to manage the upkeep of our care home.

Role Overview:
The Facilities Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of maintenance within the facility. This position requires a proactive individual who can ensure a safe and comfortable environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain high standards of upkeep throughout the premises.
  • Conduct and manage general maintenance tasks including plumbing, painting, and minor repairs.
  • Perform PAT Testing on electrical appliances in line with safety regulations.
  • Monitor and document water temperatures and ensure compliance with health standards.
  • Implement fire safety checks and maintain accurate records of all safety inspections.
  • Respond to maintenance emergencies and provide out-of-hours support as needed.
  • Stay informed about company policies and ensure adherence to all safety regulations.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a maintenance role.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • Full and clean driving license.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of COSHH regulations.
  • Experience with PAT Testing.
  • Availability for on-call duties.
