About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and compelling leader to join our senior management team as a Strategic Fundraising Director. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial part in building a strong and inclusive organisational culture, aligned with our EDI commitments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver successful fundraising strategies, building on our existing partnerships with corporate sector leaders, trusts, and foundations.
  • Lead the development department, engaging, motivating, and inspiring team members to achieve our goals.
  • Collaborate with national bodies, such as Arts Council of England and the Department of Education, to drive our mission forward.
  • Work closely with our team to develop effective tools, techniques, and resources for schools and vulnerable adults.
  • Contribute to our positive working culture, based on shared values and respect, and promote a workplace where everyone can thrive.
