Why be a Head of Paid Media at THG?This is a brand-new vacancy for our Beauty Brands team, reporting directly to our Marketing Director, Joe Squire. The role has a global remit, with a significant focus on the USA in the first few months, offering a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to broaden their international experience. You'll manage a Paid Media Manager from day one and support the continued growth of the team.
As the Head of Paid Media, you'll:
- Develop and implement the overall performance marketing strategy for THG Beauty Brands in all territories.
- Prepare and manage the marketing budget, setting KPIs and targets for ROI for every channel. Work closely with the finance team and Marketing Director to take ownership of marketing COS.
- Collaborate with key marketing partners to drive new strategies, enhance partnerships, and deliver marketing budgets.
- Identify innovative opportunities in new marketing avenues, keeping THG Brands at the forefront of the digital marketing industry.
- Explore opportunities to drive forward platform enhancements to position ourselves ahead of the market.
- Develop a 3-year strategic plan to position us in a better place than our competitors.
You'll need:
- 5+ years' experience in managing online marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Confidence and experience managing seven-figure budgets.
- Experience managing and developing a performance team, including management of Managers.
- A numerically-literate and detail-oriented individual.
- First-hand experience with 3rd party platforms - SA360, Smartly preferred.
