We're seeking a dedicated Family Support Worker to join our team at Stoke-On-Trent City Council. In this pivotal role, you'll use the Thrive Framework to guide families through challenges, build strong relationships, and create lasting positive change.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Lead holistic assessments and co-create support plans with families.
- Collaborate with various partners to ensure families receive the right help at the right time.
