We are seeking a Collision Repair Center Supervisor to manage a specialized facility focused on rapid vehicle repairs in Nottingham. This position entails leading a committed team and ensuring exceptional standards of repair work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities of a Collision Repair Center Supervisor

As part of the management team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Delegating daily assignments to repair technicians based on their expertise and evaluating staff performance and repair quality.
  • Managing personnel and conducting damage evaluations to provide accurate estimates for clients and insurance companies.
  • Resolving customer issues and ensuring compliance with agreed-upon timelines for vehicle repairs.
  • Encouraging additional repair services, overseeing key performance indicators related to work providers and insurance approvals, and leading daily production discussions.
  • Implementing safe repair protocols, managing the procurement of parts and supplies, and preparing monthly performance reports for review with upper management.
  • Coordinating with team members and clients regarding vehicle status and applying best practices to meet monthly objectives.
  • Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety regulations and authorizing necessary modifications to repair processes.

Qualifications and Skills Required

As a Collision Repair Center Supervisor, you should possess:

  • Proven leadership abilities with a track record of delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Significant experience in a collision repair or accident repair environment, with comprehensive knowledge of the operations of a repair center.
  • ATA certification or equivalent experience as a qualified technician, along with NVQ Levels 1, 2, and 3.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Access to reliable transportation.
  • Additional qualifications or experience in management within a repair facility.
