About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Career Teachers, a leading Education Recruitment provider. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for education-based roles, building strong relationships with clients, and identifying high-quality candidates for education positions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the recruitment process for education-based roles, ensuring timely and effective delivery of staffing solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Proactively engage in business development activities to establish new partnerships with schools and educational institutions.
  • Identify and attract high-quality candidates for education positions through various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the education sector, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in recruitment or sales, with a strong track record of success in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and analyze data to inform business decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Full driving license and ability to travel to client sites as required.
