We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Trainer to join our team at Rise Technical Recruitment Limited. As a Technical Trainer, you will be responsible for writing and delivering training courses for our longstanding clients across a range of machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver training courses for Powered Access and Lifting Equipment operators
  • Work closely with clients to understand their training needs and develop tailored courses
  • Deliver training courses in a home-based, hybrid-working environment
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure high-quality training materials and delivery

Requirements:

  • Power Access or Lifting Equipment background
  • Experience mentoring staff in some capacity
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
