**About the Role**

We are seeking an accomplished New Homes Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at DallasWylde Recruitment LTD. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering a first-class customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and techniques.
  • Work closely with the sales director to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to ensure the company remains competitive.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary: Earn between £26,000 and £29,000 based on your experience, with on-target earnings (OTE) reaching £50,000 to £55,000.
  • Fuel allowance: Included as part of your comprehensive salary package.
  • Professional growth: Work under a sales director who encourages good work ethics and recognises the hard work of the team.
  • Computer literate: Proficiency in using relevant software and tools.
  • New homes property sales experience: Previous experience in new homes sales is essential.
