Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join our team at Law Absolute. As a Senior Legal Counsel, you will play a key role in structuring, drafting, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts, including partnership agreements, terms and conditions, licenses, and platform agreements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Structure, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts, including partnership agreements, terms and conditions, licenses, and platform agreements.
  • Work closely with our sales, procurement, and marketing teams to ensure seamless contract execution.
  • Line manage two junior members of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Report to the Group General Counsel, ensuring alignment with our company's legal strategy.

Requirements

  • UK-qualified solicitor, admitted to the SRA for England and Wales, with training in a large city or nationally recognized firm.
  • At least 7 years PQE, with a broad range of commercial contracts experience.
  • Ability to commute to our office in Central London on a hybrid basis.
