## Occupational Health Advisor

### About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join our client's team. As an Occupational Health Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing expert advice and support to employers on complex matters related to employee health and wellbeing.

### Key Responsibilities

* Assess employee functionality and produce high-quality reports within allocated timeframes
* Provide advice and support to employers on employee rehabilitation and return-to-work strategies
* Ensure operational efficiency of the Occupational Health function by completing a range of services, including medical information calls, management referrals, and report triage

### Essential Skills and Competencies

* Specialist degree or Diploma in Occupational Health
* Current Licence with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
* Proven experience in Occupational Health work
* Excellent written and communication skills
* Ability to organise and prioritise workload to meet deadlines

### Desirable Skills and Competencies

* Proven experience with Microsoft Office and proficient IT skills
* Experience working towards KPIs and SLAs
* Ability to work as part of a busy team
