About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Licensing Specialist to join our team at Crayon UK. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service experience to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Microsoft Enterprise customers by sharing your licensing expertise, offering quotes, and providing true-up support to both existing and new clients.
  • Assist internal teams by consulting and advising on licensing, pricing, amendments, and concessions.
  • Collaborate with teams and named customers to support with licensing needs and identify additional service opportunities.
  • Maintain existing business and generate additional sales and service opportunities with current VL clients through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Work effectively with direct colleagues and other internal stakeholders.
Requirements
  • ~3+ years of hands-on experience working with Microsoft software licensing, such as SAM-Based or sales equivalent.
  • ~Strong business acumen with the ability to translate technical requirements into business terms.
  • ~Comprehensive and strategic knowledge of Microsoft Licensing programs, tools such as Explore.ms, POET – Partner Self-Service, and their platforms.
  • ~Knowledge of operational processes for handling Microsoft Volume Licensing transactions.

  • You have clear communication skills, coupled with strong presentation abilities.
  • You are an analytical person, and are solution-focused when presented with complex problems.
  • You are enthusiastic when it comes to acquiring new knowledge and retain this quickly.
