Beauty Sales Advisor Role

Flannels, a luxury retail destination, is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Beauty Sales Advisor to join our team in Leeds. As an expert in our beauty department, you will offer personalized advice, product demonstrations, and a luxurious shopping experience to our customers.

Your enthusiasm for beauty and dedication to customer satisfaction will help our customers look and feel their best. If you have a love for cosmetics, skincare, and fragrances, and a talent for delivering exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional, personalized service to each customer, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Utilize your deep knowledge of beauty products to offer tailored advice on skincare, makeup, and fragrance.
  • Conduct in-store demonstrations and consultations to showcase the benefits of our beauty products.
  • Achieve sales targets by understanding customer needs and recommending the perfect products.
  • Assist in creating visually stunning beauty displays that attract customers and highlight key products.
  • Ensure the beauty area is well-stocked, organized, and that inventory levels are maintained.
  • Work closely with your colleagues to ensure a smooth operation and a cohesive team environment.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in beauty retail or a similar role is highly desirable.
  • A passion for all things beauty, with a strong understanding of skincare, makeup, and fragrance.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
  • Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a retail environment.
  • Confidence in conducting product demonstrations and consultations.
  • Ability to work well within a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive work environment.
  • Availability to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as required.

This role has no guaranteed hours of work, hours of work can therefore vary from week to week and, as a result, there may be weeks when no hours of work are offered.
