About the Role:

Royal British Legion Industries Ltd is seeking a highly skilled individual to deliver its award-winning Lifeworks programme to veterans and their families. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing employability and resettlement support to ex-service personnel across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver the Lifeworks programme to veterans, providing a tailored person-centred approach to support them in moving into sustainable employment, education, or training.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with veterans, their families, and other stakeholders to ensure effective programme delivery.
  • Travel throughout the UK to deliver the programme, staying away from home for 4 nights at a time.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Lifeworks & MODVA to ensure programme delivery meets the needs of veterans and their families.
  • Ensure all programme activities are delivered in accordance with RBLI's policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • A full driving licence is required for this role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
