Job Summary

We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team in the Liverpool area. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing personal care and support to a young male client with a brain injury and ADHD. Your role will involve assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to the client, including assistance with daily living tasks
  • Assist with meal preparation and household chores
  • Support the client with financial budgeting and other daily tasks
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with the client and their family
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the care team to ensure the client's needs are met

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
