As a Procurement Programme Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and improving initiatives that ensure the smooth running of our operations. You will work closely with a range of Amazon colleagues to understand how they work and what you and your teams can learn, as well as sharing your own expertise.
About the TeamAmazon's ATS team plays a central role in our success, using air, sea, and road transport, as well as sortation centers equipped with the latest technology. Our team captures data and uses it to drive decisions, making Amazon more innovative and efficient.
Requirements- Bachelor's Degree: A degree in a relevant field, such as supply chain management, logistics, or business administration.
- Experience in End-to-End Delivery: Proven experience in driving end-to-end delivery, communicating results to senior leadership, and managing multiple stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Management: Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.
- Program Requirements: Experience in defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
- Process Implementation: Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization.
- Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL.
- Quicksight: Experience with Quicksight or similar data analytics tools.
