Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced IT and Systems Support Engineer to join our team at Airbus Operations Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our ground support systems software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform analysis and correction services for our ground support systems software.
- Propose and implement new tools and initiatives to enhance investigations, training, procedures, and service performance.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within our ground support software.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to enhance system performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data quality and accuracy.
- Ensure the accuracy of data held within our ground support software and provide assurance to the CAMO to maintain the continued airworthiness of the fleet.
- Provide technical support during coordination meetings with nations/OCCAR and A400M Program to support customer requirements.
- Provide active support during migration plans for new software versions.
- Provide a list of new requirements identified during training, safety investigations, gaps process, etc.
- Perform Reference Data audits and upload information to MDS.
Requirements:
- Experience with IT systems, including Excel, Access, XML Spy, SQL, PLSQL, etc.
- Knowledge of software engineering processes.
- Knowledge of software development.
- Ability to work alone and organize yourself in a challenging environment.
- Background in A/C maintenance software discipline or similar.
Working Conditions:
This role requires an awareness of potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity. The jobholder will be required to provide service in shifts and 'out of office' support as required by contractual obligations.
