About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Support Practitioner to join our team in Cupar, East Fife. As a Support Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with various needs, promoting their independence, and enhancing their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide social support to individuals, assisting them in engaging with their communities and participating in leisure activities.
  • Administer and monitor medication, ensuring the health and well-being of our service users.
  • Assist with personal care, promoting the overall well-being of individuals, including assistance with showering, bathing, dressing, and arranging visits with professionals.
  • Offer practical support, helping individuals maintain their tenancy by encouraging daily household tasks, such as general housework, laundry, ironing, cooking, and shopping.
