Key Responsibilities:
  • Enforce and assist in the implementation of the school's behavior management policies.
  • Collaborate closely with students to identify and address behavioral challenges.
  • Provide individualized and small group mentoring to foster social and emotional growth.
  • Work alongside teaching staff and parents to develop customized behavior plans.
  • Contribute to the formulation of strategies aimed at improving the overall school climate.
  • Keep detailed records of behavioral incidents and interventions.

Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience as a Behavior Mentor or in a related position.
  • Strong knowledge of behavior management techniques.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capacity to establish positive relationships with students and engage them in their educational journey.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset in addressing behavioral issues.
  • Familiarity with the UK educational framework is a plus.
