Job DescriptionWe are seeking kind and compassionate individuals to join our team as Care Workers. As a Care Worker with Home Instead Epping Forest, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients. Your role will involve providing companionship and support to help our clients remain happy, healthy, and thriving in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities- Providing companionship and wellbeing support to clients
- Assisting with everyday tasks, such as cooking and light housework
- Accompanying clients to appointments and helping them access their community
- Providing personal care, including washing, dressing, and bathing
- Competitive pay rates, with opportunities for bonuses and a pension scheme
- A guaranteed contract with a minimum of 10 hours per week, part-time or 30 hours per week, full-time
- Full induction programme and ongoing training and development opportunities
- Employee referral bonus programme and exclusive discounts scheme
- Mileage and travel time paid separately
- No qualifications are necessary, but a kind heart and a desire to make a difference are essential
- A full driving licence and access to a car are required
- The right to work in the UK will need to be established as part of the recruitment process
