Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled and experienced Specialty Barista to join our team at our Hampstead Heath location. As a Barista at WatchHouse, you'll be working with the latest equipment, serving our signature coffee drinks, and providing an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee drinks to our customers
  • Work collaboratively with our House team to create a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to our high standards of quality and presentation
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Barista in a fast-paced specialty coffee environment
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends
