Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Beverage Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our coffee bar concept, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our high standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve a wide range of hot beverages to the highest standards
  • Manage the coffee bar area, maintaining a clean and organized environment
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer requests and needs
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new menu items and promotions

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a service environment, preferably in a coffee shop or café
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of cash handling and till operations
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
