Aramark is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bar Assistant to join our team at ATC Alexander Barracks, Pirbright, Surrey. As a Bar Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, preparing and serving beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve beverages to customers, ensuring a high level of quality and presentation.
- Challenge 25: verify the age of customers and ensure compliance with age restrictions.
- Provide a professional bar service, including cash handling and processing card transactions accurately.
- Capable of lone working and managing the bar on your own, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
- Client focus: provide excellent customer service at all times, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues promptly.
- General cleaning of front and back of house, including sweeping, mopping, and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness.
- Perform daily paperwork and keep diligent records as required, including monitoring stock levels and restocking the bar.
- Undertake relevant training as required, including working towards your Food Hygiene Level 2 and Health and Safety Level 2 qualifications.
Requirements:
- Must be 18+ years old.
- Previous experience working in a bar is desirable, but not essential.
- Must be eligible to work in the UK.
- A CTC security check is required for this role.
- Must be a great team player and confident to lone work when necessary.
