Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the commercial finance team, providing strategic direction and support to drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement robust analytics frameworks to track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) across all aspects of the business.
  • Utilise advanced data analytics techniques to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, providing actionable insights to drive business decisions.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a senior commercial finance role, with a strong background in data analytics and business intelligence.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in shaping and optimising operational processes, analytics, data visualisation, and/or intelligence models.
  • Significant experience of PowerBI and SQL.
  • 3+ years of management and leadership experience.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
