About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Domestic Assistant to join our team at Nuffield Health Bournemouth Hospital. As a key member of our Housekeeping team, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the hospital environment is clean, tidy, and well-maintained at all times.
  • Use cleaning products and equipment effectively to achieve high standards of cleanliness.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Report any incidents or concerns to the relevant team members.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
