As a Domestic Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our care home. Your responsibilities will include ensuring all areas of the home are cleaned to a high standard, general domestic cleaning and tidying, washing floors and other surfaces, vacuuming and dusting, emptying domestic rubbish bins, and efficiently using supplies provided. You will also be responsible for keeping storage areas clean and tidy and stocked up at all times, and assisting with linen room duties when requested. In addition, you will be expected to store chemicals and equipment correctly and safely. To be successful in this role, you will need to adhere to the company's Disposal of Waste policy, promote safe working practices, and demonstrate a keen eye for detail and respect for our safety protocols.
