Electrical Installation Trainer
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Installation Trainer to join our team at City & Guilds Electrical. As an Electrical Installation Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality electrical training to our students.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver Practical and Theoretical Electrical Training: You will be responsible for delivering electrical training courses, including C&G 2365 Level 2 & 3, C&G 2382, C&G 2391, C&G 2377, C&G 2921, and BPEC Solar PV and Battery Storages.
- Develop Training Materials: You will be required to develop training materials to meet specific requirements and ensure compliance with company and awarding organization guidelines.
- Review Student Performance: You will be responsible for reviewing student performance and implementing necessary procedures to ensure students meet the required standards.
- Ensure Compliance: You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Health & Safety, Equality & Diversity policies, and other relevant regulations.
- Recent Industry Experience: You will need recent, relevant industry experience in domestic, commercial, and/or industrial electrical installation.
- Teaching Qualification: You will need a minimum Level 3 Teaching qualification or equivalent. For a Trainee role, a Level 2 qualification in English and Maths is required.
- Electrical Knowledge: You will need solid knowledge of electrical and science principles, as well as practical capabilities in electrical installations.
- Desirable Qualifications: A Level 3 Assessing qualification or equivalent, a Level 4 Internal Quality Audit certificate or equivalent, and additional Level 3 & 4 electrical qualifications are desirable.
