Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to equipment failures to minimize downtime and enhance long-term reliability.
  • Implement the preventative maintenance strategy as directed by the Lead/Senior Maintenance Engineer.
  • Utilize root cause analysis tools and 5S methodologies effectively.
  • Conduct routine Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM).
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities using an electronic reporting system.

Qualifications:

  • Formal Engineering Qualification - C&G Level 3, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent apprenticeship.
  • Strong understanding of engineering best practices.
  • Experience in engineering, manufacturing, or production settings.
