Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the management of the residential block management portfolio, including site visits and repairs.
- Be the primary point of contact for leaseholders, freeholders, and residents, providing exceptional customer service.
- Ensure the company meets service agreement levels and maximizes property assets for freeholders and leaseholders.
