As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for the effective management of the residential block management portfolio, ensuring seamless communication with leaseholders, freeholders, and residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the management of the residential block management portfolio, including site visits and repairs.
  • Be the primary point of contact for leaseholders, freeholders, and residents, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ensure the company meets service agreement levels and maximizes property assets for freeholders and leaseholders.
  • Assist with managed property repairs and maintenance enquiries, ensuring satisfactory completion of works and liaising with contractors, utility companies, landlord clients, and tenants.
  • Conduct periodic property inspections and report on findings.
  • Assist with the evaluation and amendment of budgets and accounts.
  • Manage keys and raise work orders to instruct contractors for minor works, taking budget considerations into account.
  • Contribute to Focus Meetings.

Requirements:

  • Previous Block Management or Property Management experience is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to prioritize workload and manage time effectively.
  • Solid IT skills and technology savviness.
  • IRPM qualification is ideal.
