You will engage with a diverse customer base across sectors such as aerospace, automotive, and defense manufacturing. A background in technical or engineering sales is essential, as is a passion for cultivating enduring relationships, uncovering new opportunities, and maintaining a focused, driven approach. Key Responsibilities:

  • Presenting a comprehensive range of products and services to potential clients, backed by a robust technical rationale.
  • Collaborating closely with the Sales Manager to strategically assess and approach your designated area (South West England).
  • Building, nurturing, and sustaining positive relationships with prospective clients across various industries.
  • Contributing to the formulation and achievement of sales targets and growth strategies within your territory.
  • Engaging with existing clients to comprehend their evolving needs and developing tailored solutions to enhance their operational effectiveness.

In this role, you can expect a competitive base salary around £45,000, dependent on experience, along with an uncapped bonus structure that could conservatively add an additional £10,000 - £15,000 annually, with potential for even greater earnings. You will receive a company vehicle, reimbursement for all mileage, including personal use, and a generous holiday allowance exceeding 30 days.
