POSITION OVERVIEW


This role is situated within a healthcare facility where the On-Site Medical Device Technician will be responsible for providing technical support and on-site assistance for a variety of medical products across different healthcare environments.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend the healthcare facility at scheduled times to provide comprehensive support to clients in all designated areas.
  • Oversee the daily management and operation of various medical devices.
  • Deliver client support in clinical settings to enhance equipment performance and usage, allowing healthcare staff to focus on patient care.
  • Conduct training and educational sessions for clients regarding devices and services based on the specific needs of the facility.

CANDIDATE PROFILE


The ideal candidate for the On-Site Medical Device Technician position will possess experience in a healthcare setting, whether through the NHS, private hospitals, or military service, including roles such as REME, RAF, or NAVY.

Experience with medical procedures is advantageous, particularly familiarity with medical devices like endoscopes in sterile environments.

This position is well-suited for individuals such as combat medics, healthcare assistants, theatre assistants/nurses, or scrub nurses seeking a rewarding opportunity with significant career advancement potential.
